Mission:

  • Administration of corporate network in Frankfurt and all associated business centers in Germany.
  • Ensure the availability of network services, troubleshoot and fix related issues. 
  • Collaboration with local teams as technical application support and Proximity.
  • Collaboration with central teams in London, Paris and Madrid for IPT, Firewalls, WAN and other infrastructure services. 
  • Responsible for CIB datacenters in Frankfurt.
  • Participation in On-call support.


Activities:
 
a) Network Design
  • Design and implementation of new networks.
  • Planning and deployment of network projects.
  • Collaboration in projects of the group and on territory level as stakeholder for network domain.
b) Administration of network devices
  • Administration and implementation of switches and routers from Cisco and Juniper.
  • Administration and implementation of WLAN devices including Access Points, Fortinet Firewalls, Infoblox.
  • Administration of CheckPoint and Fortinet Firewalls for data and voice services in collaboration with central teams.
  • Collaboration with central teams in London, Paris and Madrid.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of related issues.
c) Administration Data and Voice lines
  • Data and voice line management. Monitoring and capacity management. Ordering and cancellation of lines. Contract management, invoice validation
d) Responsible for Data Centers
  • Managing CIB DCs in Frankfurt.
  • Contact for Carriers, Telecom providers and BNPP entities hosting equipment in these DCs.
  • Coordination of new service requests and changes with external companies.

Educational Background
  • IT study or several years of experience in a similar position

Professional Experience
  • IT network team managing enterprise networks
  • Administration of Cisco and Juniper router and switches, Checkpoint and Fortinet firewalls.
  • Knowledge of network analysis, design and testing methods
