  • BI MicroStrategy Servers Administrator for Production and Pre-Production environments
  • Provide BI technical support and assistance as part of a global support organization
  • User, License and Security Model Management
  • Software installation, configuration, administration and upgrade
  • Request and Incident tickets handling
  • Identify, document product bugs or feature request, escalating and collaborate work with Product and Engineering (Release, Change and Problem Management)
  • Identify opportunities to automate and monitor the support process
  • Server resource performance monitoring, tuning and capacity planning
  • Clearly and concisely communicate status of all assigned tasks to co-workers, stakeholders and managers
  • Responsibility for operational, known issues resolutions guideline documents and keep the knowledge base up to date
  • Establish strong working relationships with co-workers, managers, customers across organization



  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment and ongoing administration of MicroStrategy product component
  • Experience in working with MicroStrategy v10.3 and above (v10.11 is beneficial)
  • Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy installation, configuration, administration, performance monitoring, troubleshooting and tuning (Web IIS/Tomcat, iServer, Metadata, Utility Box, Library, Enterprise Manager, Projects, Dashboard and Visualization, Report, data source, licensing, security model, etc.)
  • Good understanding on Data Warehouse and SQL
  • Strong Analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Ticketing System and Microsoft environment (Windows Server, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate complex findings and ideas clearly to the stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and complete technical tasks with minimal instruction and supervision
  • Experience in creating and maintaining technical operational guideline documents
  • Familiar with ITIL processes (release management, change management, incident management processes)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and work within a global, remote and multicultural workforce serving a diverse customer base
  • Knowledge or experience in Tableau Server Administration would be advantage
  • Advance English
