Aufgaben
 

  • Handling of B2B customer requests via the service hotline
  • Carry out software updates, patches and upgrades during planned inspection windows
  • Coordinating external service providers: information processing and tracking of support cases of external service providers
  • Collaborating with the internal development team
  • Occasional night and weekend on-call duty, to secure a 24x7 operation (compensation offered)



Profil

 
  • Completed technical education (HTL telecommunication or IT of advantage)
  • About 1- 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Experience with scripting (shell programming, pearl, awk/sed)
  • SQL Database know-how of advantage
  • RedHat Linux, RedHat Cluster know-how of advantage
  • Good English skills
  • Goal and service oriented
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Cooperative teamplayer
